The system comprises a grid server, a grid client, a grid portal and a simulation master control program. The grid server is in charge of the generation of grid operations and the scheduling of the grid operations; the grid client is in charge of the acquisition and the calculation of the grid operations and the uploading of results of the grid operations; the grid portal is in charge of the management of grid static resources; and the simulation master control program is in charge of the control of an HLA simulation system and the submission of the grid operations. Through the grid resource management system and the implementation method thereof, federation members in HLA simulation can be converted into the grid operations operated on a grid computing platform, and the operating efficiency of a distribution simulation system based on HLA.
