A centrifugal rotary stirring device

This utility model discloses a centrifugal rotary stirring device, comprising: a fixed plate; a revolution motor and a rotation motor respectively mounted on the fixed plate; a revolution frame connected to the output shaft of the revolution motor; and rotation mechanisms symmetrically mounted at both ends of the revolution frame; a first bearing sleeved on the output shaft of the revolution motor; a first pulley connected to the outer ring of the first bearing; a second pulley connected to the output shaft of the rotation motor; a first power transmission belt; and a second power transmission belt sleeved on the first pulley and the second pulley. In application, the material is placed in a stirring drum, which is then fixed inside a centrifuge drum. The revolution motor drives the rotation frame to rotate, and the rotation motor drives the centrifuge drum to rotate. The material in the stirring drum is stirred evenly by centrifugation, preventing the material from being carried away by the stirring rods.

This invention relates to a method for generating grid codes for planar objects, belonging to the field of traffic control technology. It solves the problems of low efficiency, high complexity, and massive computational load in existing planar object grid code generation algorithms. This invention first obtains the lowest-level grid code containing the planar object based on grid code hierarchy rules. It then calculates the set of boundary line grid codes that satisfy distance constraints with the planar object's boundary line. Using this set of boundary line grid codes as a reference, the invention decomposes the lowest-level grid code containing the planar object level by level, comparing the inclusion and positional relationships between the decomposed grids and the planar object's boundary line grid code set. This quickly locates grids within the planar object and performs deduplication and aggregation processing to further reduce computational load. Compared to existing technologies, this method achieves rapid and efficient generation of planar object grid codes with minimal computational load and very simple algorithm complexity.
