Abstract

A frequency converter finishes drive control so as to start with the maximal torque under the condition that the synchronous motor is matched with an ABZ encoder. Meanwhile, the problem that the magnetic pole position of a rotor is detected in case of braking is solved successfully. During exchanging the encoder, a steel wire rope is unnecessarily disassembled. Therefore, the maintenance cost of the lift is saved and the use and maintenance of the lift are convenient. Due to the adoption of the detection method, a synchronous tractor only needs to be provided with the ABZ encoder without an expensive UVW+AB type encoder or a SinCos encoder.
