Benefits of technology

This patented new type of quick fixer for use on small holes or cracked areas made from older materials was developed during this period due to their ease of preparations and construction compared to previous methods like cement grout fillings that were previously used only temporarily. These tools have excellent performance even at very long durability periods but they still require significant maintenance overtime because it becomes difficult to maintain consistently.

Problems solved by technology

This patents describes different ways to make quick repairs that last over 10 years without causing further damages like punchouts. However current methods require expensive equipment and involve complex procedures. Therefore, new solutions must overcome challenges associated with conventional techniques while maintain their effectiveness at preventing future failures from happening again.

Abstract

The invention relates to a quick healant with low viscosity and high performance for a concrete structure, belonging to the field of chemical building materials. The quick healant comprises eight components of 100 parts of methyl methacrylate, 28-35 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3.0-3.8 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 15-20 parts of epoxy resin, 10-19 parts of KH-570, 3.5-4.0 parts of methacrylic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of dimethylaniline and 0-20 parts of inorganic filler. The invention not only retains the low viscosity and the high permeability of a polymethyl repairing material, but also has higher mechanical strength, lower shrinking rate and favorable durable performance. In addition, the invention can meet the requirement for rapidly repairing microscopic checks of the concrete structure.
