A gas meter upper shell is arranged on a silica gel pad; the upper end of the gas meter upper shell is provided with a gas meter compressing device; a gas outlet of a first two-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with a negative-pressure gas source joint, and a gas inlet of the first two-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with a gas outlet at the upper end of the gas meter upper shell through the gas meter compressing device; a gas inlet of a second two-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with the atmosphere; one path of gas outlets of the second two-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with a gas inlet of a mass flow sensor, and the other path of the gas outlets of the second two-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with a gas inlet of a three-way electromagnetic valve; a gas outlet of the mass flow sensor is connected with the other gas inlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve and a gas storage tank respectively; and a gas outlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with a gas inlet at the upper end of the gas meter upper shell througha gas inlet of the gas meter compressing device.
