Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the correction of impacted molars is mainly through the dentition as anchorage, which will inevitably cause the displacement of the anchorage teeth, such as the mesial-distal inclination, depression, and buccal inclination of the anchorage teeth. The anti-tooth moves with the third molar orthodontic treatment, which is in line with the orthodontic goal; but in many cases, it is not expected that the anchored tooth will move

Embodiment Construction

[0013] exist figure 1 and figure 2 In the shown embodiment, the lingual buckle (1) is bonded to the maxillofacial or distal adjacent surface of the impacted molar (the specific situation depends on the position of the impacted molar and the exposure of the occlusal surface), and is made of stainless steel arch wire Push rod A (2) and push rod B (3), insert one end of push rod A (2) into the lingual buckle (1), implant the implant (4) in the jawbone, and extend push rod B into the in the implant. A chain-shaped rubber ring or a nickel-titanium extension spring is used to apply force between the ring-shaped structures of push rod A and push rod B to generate force to push the molars distally.

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel impacted molar correction device. The device adopts the technical scheme comprising the following steps of: implanting implanting screws in the corresponding positions at an upper jaw bone and a lower jaw bone according to the concrete condition of the impacted molars; connecting the implants with the impacted molars by using loop-rod connecting bodies; and pushing the third impacted molar to a far-middle position so as to make the third impacted molar upright by applying force by using a chain-like rubber band or a nickel-titanium tension spring and along with the release of the force of the chain-like rubber band. The correction device releases the reacting force for correcting the impacted molars to the anchorage implants through a loop-rod structure, without adverse influence on other teeth and with higher correcting efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an impacted molar orthodontic device with implants as anchorage, especially mesial or horizontal impacted molars. Background technique [0002] At present, the correction of impacted molars is mainly through the dentition as anchorage, which will inevitably cause the displacement of the anchorage teeth, such as the mesial-distal inclination, depression, and buccal inclination of the anchorage teeth. The movement of the anchorage teeth along with the orthodontic treatment of the third molars is in line with the orthodontic goals; however, in many cases, it is not expected that the anchorage teeth will move. From the point of view of action force and reaction force, it is very difficult to completely avoid the undesired movement of anchorage teeth. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to avoid the adverse effects caused by the existing impacted molar orthodontic device for correcting impacted molars, the present inventi...
