Abstract

The invention provides a flexible protective material for a geosynthetic clay liner (GCL), which relates to a material for protecting the GCL. The flexible protective material for the GCL of the invention is prepared by mixing the following materials in percentage by weight: 15% of styrene-acrylate emulsion, 40% of quartz sand, 10% of cement, 3-5% of 107 glue and 30-32% of water, wherein the quartz sand is 200 meshes, and the cement is common cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, sieving the quartz sand with a sieve of 200 meshes; weighing each material according to the percentage by weight; uniformly mixing the styrene-acrylate emulsion, the 107 glue and the water; then, adding the quartz sand and stirring; and finally, adding the cement and uniformly stirring for later use. The material has good bonding effect with non-woven fabrics of the GCL, simultaneously can keep the flexible characteristic of the GCL, and has good effect on preventing ultraviolet ray aging. The new protective material of the invention effectively solves the problems. The experimental test proves that the anti-aging performance index of the material of the invention is superior to that of cement mortar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a flexible external protection material for a bentonite anti-seepage blanket, relating to a material for protecting the bentonite anti-seepage blanket. Background technique [0002] At present, bentonite anti-seepage blanket (GCL) is mainly used in the underground waterproof and anti-seepage construction of municipal landfills, highways, industrial and civil buildings. There is no precedent for GCL to be used in channel anti-seepage, especially in northern seasonally frozen soil areas. As a new water-saving material for channels, GCL has good anti-seepage effect and good frost heave resistance. Compared with concrete slab lining , The construction technology is simple, the process is less, and the cost can be reduced by 50%. GCL is applied to the channel lining. The external protection material is a key technology, which directly affects the service life of GCL. Cement mortar is used as the external protection material, which h...
