The fluorine-substituted perylene has a following formula (I): wherein, R is H or at least one randomly substituted organic group, furthermore R1, R2, R3 and R4 is H, F, Cl, Br or a randomly substituted organic group independently from one another, and furthermore at least one selected from the groups R, R1, R2, R3 and R4 is fluorine and comprises at least one fluorine atom.
