The electronic tag comprises a piezoelectric substrate, a transmitting interdigital transducer and a group of distributed reflecting grating arrays, wherein both ends of each reflecting grating of the surface acoustic wave electronic tag are provided with contacts; the distributed reflecting gratings are not connected one another; the surface acoustic wave electronic tag also comprises an integrated circuit chip which is laminated with the electronic tag and has switching function; external contacts of the integrated circuit chip are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the contacts of the reflecting grating array of the surface acoustic wave electronic tag; and open-circuit connection and short-circuit connection of any two contacts of the distributed reflecting grating array are controlled through a field programming control switch circuit.
