Abstract

The invention relates to a spline shaft with high torque force. The spline shaft with high torque force comprises a rotational member, a drive group and a forelock group, wherein the drive group is sleeved with the rotational member along an axial line, and the rotational member is provided with a plurality of first half slots formed on an external surface; the drive group is provided with a plurality of second half slots formed on an internal surface; and the forelock group is provided with a plurality of cylindrical keys and at least two limiting pieces, wherein the cylindrical keys are respectively arranged between the first half slots and the second half slots, and the two limiting pieces ensure that the cylindrical keys and the drive group are linked. Through adopting the characteristics of convenient processing of the half slots and matching the limited cylindrical keys, the spline shaft with high torque force achieves the purposes of simplifying manufacture procedures, reducing cost, increasing precision and improving processing benefits without influencing a drive torque.
