Abstract

The invention relates to an electric permanent-magnetic lifting appliance for lifting multilayer steel plates, comprising a hoisting device, suction lifting modules and a control part, wherein the multiple suction lifting modules are arranged along the length direction of a lifting beam in a balanced manner, the absorption planes of the suction lifting modules are of multiple groups of magnetic poles designed in a long narrow strip shape, each group of magnetic poles are internally provided with two permanent magnet materials and magnet exciting coils, the magnet exciting coils are magnetized to change the magnetic pole of a secondary magnet, the magnetic force of the primary magnet and the secondary magnet are overlapped to absorb the steel plates by forward-direction magnetization, and the magnetic force of the primary magnet and the secondary magnet are counteracted to release the steel plates by reversed magnetization. The control part control the current intensity and direction of magnetization of the suction lifting modules, thus realizing the functions of pre-magnetization, full magnetization, plate thickness selection, absorbed amount of steel plates and lifting multiplayer steel plates with different thicknesses. The lifting appliance in the invention is suspended on a lifting hook of a lifter via a suspension chain, thus achieving safe lifting of the steel plates under a non-electrified state. The invention has convenient use, safety and reliability, durable suction lift module, strong adaptability, no required maintenance, low maintenance cost, efficient and energy-saving operation of the lifting appliance.
