Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that: various regular and irregular waves can be generated by a wave generator in the wave water tank; different vertical carrying forces can be simulated by changing the volume of water in the loading water tank in the vertical loading device; the loading can be adjusted by multiple stages, the coupling function of washing and axial loading is realized; and the lateral deformation, bending moment and soil pressure of all foundation piles of a single or group pile foundation under washing action can be well simulated.
