Abstract

The invention discloses energy-saving dimming glass which comprises a first matrix, a first bonding layer, a second matrix, a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer and a third matrix, wherein the second matrix is a combination of one of a transparent glass layer or a hard film layer and a low-radiation glass layer, and the low-radiation glass layer is in contact and joint with the polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer. The energy-saving dimming glass adopts the one low-radiation glass layer to be also used as a layer electrode of the polymer dispersion liquid crystal layer, thereby avoiding the defects that the prior art needs to adopts two conductive glass layers as the electrode of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer and needs to add a sealed air film layer to carry out sealing, thereby causing the relatively low transmission of the energy-saving dimming glass and further easily causing the image deformation due to the different control of the uniformity of the thickness of the air film layer.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the field of glass manufacturing, in particular to an energy-saving dimming glass. 【Background technique】 [0002] Polymer dispersed liquid crystal (Polymer dispersed liquid crystal, PDLC) film is a photoelectric composite material, which is a mixture containing polymer monomers and liquid crystal materials. The PDLC film can be changed from opaque to transparent by applying an electric field. People sandwich the PDLC film between two pieces of glass to make dimming glass. [0003] At present, most of the dimming glass is used in buildings and some glass-related devices. There are also cases of combining energy-saving glass with dimming glass. For example, Chinese patent CN201226062Y discloses a low-E dimming Glass, which consists of a layer of LOW-E glass and a layer of dimming glass. The Low-E glass is sealed by dimming glass and aluminum strip frame or rubber strip frame, forming a closed space in the middle, but the air ...
