The turn-to-turn insulation structure comprises coil straight line part turn-to-turn insulation and end part insulation, wherein the coil straight line part turn-to-turn insulation and the end part insulation adopt laminated glass fabric swatches; single-face polyimide film temperature-proof low-resin mica tapes are wrapped on the end part insulation every other turn in a semi folding mode, one more layer is additionally wrapped on the head turn and tail turn of a coil; the coils of each turn and laminated glass fabric swatch stepping bars are tightly embedded on the coil straight line part turn-to-turn insulation at intervals, and the stepping bars cover the end part insulation; and the single-face polyimide film temperature-proof low-resin mica tapes at the end part are subjected to vacuum pressure impregnation and then firmly bond with the coil turns together.
