Problems solved by technology

The earliest waterproof materials used in clothing generally contain plastic or rubber components, so the air permeability will be affected
With the rapid development of organic polymers, high molecular polymers are used in the treatment of waterproof clothing fabrics, so that the fabrics can meet the requirements of water resistance and breathability at the same time, but it is difficult to achieve an optimal balance point, so today's waterproof Most of the fabrics sacrifice breathability to preserve waterproofness, so waterproof clothes are not very breathable when worn.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for hydrophobic fabrics. The preparation method for the hydrophobic fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing methyl trifluoro-propyl silicone oil and a polyurethane adhesive in a weight ratio of 1:1-2 to prepare soak solution; and (2) putting the fabrics into the soak solution, soaking for 5 to 8 hours, and drying the mixture at the temperature of between 50 and 60 DEG C. The preparation method has the advantages that: the methyl trifluoro-propyl silicone oil is crosslinked with hydroxyl in fibers to form an organic silicon molecular film so as to effectively prevent water from invading; and a bilayer protective film is formed by combining the methyl trifluoro-propyl silicone oil with the polyurethane adhesive to improve the hydrophobicity of the fibers and maintain the air permeability of the fibers at the same time. The preparation method has the advantages of simple operation, easy mastering, good effect and suitability for large, middle and small-sized enterprises.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrophobic fabric. Background technique [0002] At present, due to the work needs of special industries and the accelerated pace of people's lives, clothing with good waterproof performance is more and more popular. They are not only waterproof, but also effective in preventing stains and easy to clean. The earliest waterproof materials used in clothing generally contain plastic or rubber components, so the air permeability will be affected. [0003] It has been repor...
