The aid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 8 to 12 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4 to 6 percent of triethanolamine, 4 to 6 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 12 to 18 percent of sodium polyacrylate and the balance of pure water, wherein the sludge stripping aid is used together with a strong oxidant to remove the sludge from the cooling circulating water system, so that the using amount of strong oxidant can be reduced by 40 to 60 percent compared with that of the strong oxidant which is used singly, the sludge can be slowly stripped in the form of small blocks and has high dispersibility in water and a little of foam, the sludge cleaning time is prolonged,the cleaning efficiency reaches over 99 percent, the aid has low corrosion to pipes of the cooling circulating water system, the service life of the cooling circulating water system is prolonged, phenomena such as blockage and the like are avoided, and safe operation of the cooling circulating water system is guaranteed; and thus, the aid has the advantages of reducing the amount of the used strong oxidant, reducing the corrosion of the strong oxidant to the metal pipe, prolonging the effective time of the sludge stripping and improving the cleaning rate.
