The method comprises the following steps of: mixing three quarters of the conventional dosages of N fertilizer, P fertilizer, K fertilizer and cake fertilizer for each mu, 3 to 8 kilograms of soil conditioner which takes microbial growth factorsas a core, and 3 to 8 kilograms of sustained-release agent; granulating or not granulating; packaging granules into bags with the volume for one mu; applying 70 to 80 percent of the bagged fertilizeras a base fertilizer in bands; and applying 20 to 30 percent of the bagged fertilizer in bands or in holes before transplanting. The integrated fertilizer with the soil conditioning function special for the tobacco is the integrated fertilizer in which soil ecological restoration technology and fertilizer efficiency-controlled release technology are integrated, improves appropriate growth conditions for soil microorganisms, stimulates the vigor of beneficial soil microorganisms, further improves the physical characteristics of soil and increases the deliverability of soil nutrients, so that the ecological environment in the soil is completely improved, the utilization ratio of the fertilizer is greatly improved, and the quality of tobacco leaves is obviously improved.
