Abstract

The invention provides a method for cultivating wheat seedlings by using nitrogen stress nutrient solution. The method comprises the following steps of: repeatedly soaking wheat seeds in nitrogen stress solution until the wheat seeds sprout and grow to the height of between 5 and 20cm; and accumulating active oxygen in cells of the wheat seedlings by nitrogen stress to increase the quantity and activity of protective enzyme and enrich a polyphenolic substance. In order to prevent excessive active oxygen from damaging the cells, a method for alternating repeated and short-term nitrogen stress and nutrient solution cultivation is adopted to make the active oxygen slowly generated. By the method, more superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase and the polyphenolic substance can be obtained, the yield of the wheat seedlings is improved, and new species of wheat seedlings rich in antioxidants are produced.
