Abstract

The PVDF separation film comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.5 percent to 2.5 percent of intelligent high polymers and 97.5 percent to 99.5 percent of PVDC polymers. The preparation method comprises the following processes of: a. preparation of the intelligent high polymers: dissolving intelligent high polymer monomers into absolute ethyl alcohol to carry out free radical polymerization under the protection of nitrogen gas to obtain the intelligent high polymers; b. film casting solution preparation: dispersing the intelligent high polymers obtained in the step a into organic solvents, gradually adding a certain amount of PVDF powder, dissolving and degasifying to obtain the film cast solution; and c, preparation of flat plate films: scrapping the film cast liquid obtained in step b on a clean and smooth glass plate to form liquid films and curing the liquid films in curing solution to obtain the films.
