Abstract

The invention provides a liquid level control system and control method of Intermediate tank in glutinous rice wine production, relating to the control system and control method in the glutinous rice wine production. The structure of the system is as follows: a programmable logical controller, an alarm indicating lamp and a manual button are arranged in a site control cabinet; a liquid level sensor is arranged in an upper limit or lower limit position set in the intermediate tank; an executer comprises an electromagnetic pilot valve, a pneumatic ball valve and a manual ball valve; and a monitor computer is connected with the programmable logical controller and the liquid level sensor. The method comprises the following steps: the level sensors are arranged on the upper limit position and the lower limit position of liquid level height in each tank body; a detected liquid level state signal is transmitted to the programmable logical controller and the monitor computer; and when the liquid level in the tank is higher or lower than a set value, a command signal is sent to the electromagnetic pilot valve on the intermediate tank. By the system and the method, mash in the intermediate tank is effectively prevented from over flowing, and the problems of delayed manual operation time, unremitting watching and the like can be solved.
