Embodiment approach 1

[0096] One embodiment of the analysis method of the present invention using the μTAS test cartridge will be described below. first figure 1 An example of the test cartridge of this embodiment is shown. The test cartridge of this example is a disposable test cartridge that can be attached to an analysis device (not shown). figure 1 (A) is a plan view of the test box. figure 1 (B) is a perspective view of the test box. figure 1 In (A) and (B), the same part is given the same mark. Both diagrams are schematic diagrams for easy understanding, and the size and ratio of each constituent element are not limited thereto and may be different. As shown in the two figures, the test box 1 has a lower substrate 3, an upper substrate 2, and a connector 7. Connectors are arranged on one side of the laminate formed by laminating the upper substrate 2 on the lower substrate 3. device7. A wiring pattern (not shown) is formed on the lower substrate 3 .

Embodiment approach 2

[0121] Next, other embodiments of the analysis method of the present invention will be described. first, figure 2 An example of a leukocyte analyzer used in the analysis method of this embodiment is shown. figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the white blood cell analysis device. figure 2 This is a simplified diagram for easy understanding, and the size, ratio, etc. of each constituent element are not limited thereto and may be different.

[0122] Such as figure 2 As shown, the leukocyte analysis device 8 is composed of two tanks, a main tank 9 and a sub tank 10, a suction unit 11, two electrodes, an electrode 12 and an electrode 13, and an analysis unit (not shown). The main tank 9 and the sub tank 10 are arranged separated by a partition wall. Through-holes serving as micropores 14 are formed in the partition walls to communicate with the insides of the two grooves. The upper surface of the main groove 9 is in an open state. The auxiliary tank 10 has a through hol...

Embodiment approach 3

[0130] Next, another embodiment of the analysis method of the present invention will be described. first, Figure 7 An example of a leukocyte analyzer used in the analysis method of this embodiment is shown. Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of the white blood cell analysis device. Figure 7 This is a simplified diagram for easy understanding, and the size, ratio, and the like of each constituent element are not limited thereto, and may be different.

[0131] Such as Figure 7 As shown, the white blood cell analysis device 88 includes a main tank part 90 , an auxiliary tank part 100 , a stirring part 160 , a suction part 11 , and electrodes 12 and 13 . In addition, the agitation unit 160 includes the substrate unit 16 and the agitation tube 18 . The suction unit 11 includes a suction tube 19 and a syringe (not shown).

[0132] The main groove portion 90 is constituted by a two-layer body in which two substrates, a substrate 91 a and a substrate 91 b are stacked side by ...

Abstract

Disclosed is a leukocyte analysis method which can classify and count leukocytes stably and with high accuracy even when a sample containing the leukocytes is diluted at a low dilution ratio or even when the flow rate of the sample during the analysis is slow. Also disclosed is an analysis reagent for use in the method. The leukocyte analysis method comprises: a mixing step of mixing a sample containing leukocytes and erythrocytes with an analysis reagent containing a surfactant capable of reacting with leukocytes; and a measurement step of allowing the mixed solution of the sample and the analysis reagent to pass through a fine pore, measuring a signal detected at the time of passage, and classifying and counting the leukocytes in the sample. In the method, the analysis reagent additionally contains a nonionic surfactant, and the nonionic surfactant has a sugar residue as a hydrophilic moiety and an aliphatic chain as a hydrophobic moiety.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an analysis method of white blood cells and an analysis reagent used therein. Background technique [0002] Blood analysis is commonly performed in medical diagnosis. The analysis items of the blood analysis include white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, and the like. Diseases such as blood diseases such as polycythemia and anemia, infectious diseases and the like can be diagnosed from the number, concentration, ratio, etc. of these analytes. Among them, the number and ratio of white blood cells are important indicators in the diagnosis of diseases such as infectious diseases. Therefore, various analysis methods have been developed for the purpose of improving the accuracy of classification and counting of leukocytes in blood. As a method for analyzing the leukocytes, a method of reacting leukocytes and erythrocytes with a lysing agent has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1...
