The system comprises a core database, a converted colour printing ink colour matching processing module and a formula result output module, wherein the core database is used for storing hue, brightness and saturation of single colour base colour printing ink, hue, brightness and saturation of secondary colour PQ formed by blending base colour printing ink in different percentage contents as well as hue, brightness and saturation of secondary colour PQ with different percentage contents of white ink and black ink; the converted colour printing ink colour matching processing module is used for calculating initial hue, initial brightness and initial saturation of secondary colour when the converted colour printing ink is utilized to blend target colour; and the formula result output module is used for determining percentage content and hue shift of white ink and/or black ink required to be added actually in brightness and saturation adjustment and outputting printing ink formula result when hue shift is in tolerance range, otherwise hue of target colour is corrected and calculation is repeated.
