Abstract

On the basis of a Strobe correlator, a corrolator is formed by two groups of early-late codes E2, E1, P, L1 and L2; code loop parts are accumulated and pass through a memory so as to obtain an output result; and the output result is substituted into a Strobe correlation formula so as to obtain a correlation result. The method is characterised in that IE2, IE1, IP, IL1 and IL2 are inputted in a mode discriminator, when the sum of IE2 and IE1 minus the sum of IL1 and IL2 is less than zero, the multipath is the in-phase multipath, and then a modification factor item is added into the correlation formula so as to overcome the shortcoming that the conventional Strobe correlator cannot inhibit the short multipath; meanwhile, the positioning accuracy is improved, particularly, the method has great significance to the condition that the serious multipath interference exists in the global positioning system (GPS) positioning in urban environment.
