The method comprises the following steps of: 1) constructing an SOA integrated development system platform which comprises a four-layer structure, namely an application layer, a business layer, a service layer and a resource layer; 2) setting a database on the resource layer, and setting a conflict resolution system on the service layer; 3) setting a plurality of pieces of third-party toy three-dimensional modeling design system software on the resource layer; 4) setting the database systems of the plurality of pieces of third-party toy three-dimensional modeling design system software on the resource layer, connecting the database systems and the database through a data bus and performing interactive communication; 5) setting an integrated portal website on the application layer; and 6) concurrently calling the toy three-dimensional modeling design systems to perform cooperative design and data sharing through each development team and personnel according to respective authority login integrated portal website under the management of the conflict resolution system.
