The embodiment of the invention discloses a multichannel data transmission method, system and equipment. The multichannel data transmission method is characterized in that a host machine is configured with at least two USB (Universal Serial Bus) interfaces respectively connected with at least two USB data tablets; and the at least two USB data tablets are connected with the processing equipment. The multichannel data transmission method comprises the following steps of: sending a section of data to be transmitted to the processing equipment, which has a length shorter than or equal to a first set length, to the second USB data tablet connected with the first USB interface of the host machine in an asynchronous sending way by the host machine; judging whether the data to be transmitted to the processing equipment is remained; and if so, sending a section of the data to be transmitted to the processing equipment, which has a length shorter than or equal to a second set length, to the second data tablet connected with the second USB interface of the host machine in the asynchronous sending way.
