Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: respectively determining the noise increment of each cell according to the current uplink transmitting power of each specific terminal in each cell, wherein cells include a cell in which a current scheduling terminal is arranged and adjacent cells of the cell; respectively determining the difference between the noise increment of each cell and a corresponding cell noise increment threshold; and determining the adjusted uplink transmitting power of the current scheduling terminal according to the current uplink transmitting power of the current scheduling terminal and the determined difference. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device disclosed in the invention can more reasonably simulate the condition of a real network.
