Embodiment Construction
[0006] The edible trace element calcium and a small amount of phosphorus additives, which are easy to be absorbed by the human body, are added to ordinary rice. Additives are dissolved in water, and then evenly sprayed on the large rice, and mechanically stirred, fully dried. In addition, in order to promote the absorption of calcium, phosphorus, etc., vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin D are added to rice at the same time.

Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing zinc rich rice, and relates to a method for producing zinc rich rice by adding mineral trace elements mainly comprising calcium into rice. The method mainly solves the problems that the conventional rice is not subject to nutrition enhancement and the number and the proportion of the original trace elements in the rice are not completely suitable for the requirement of human health. Edible trace element calcium convenient for human absorption and a little amount of phosphorus additive are added into common rice. The producing method comprises the following steps of: dissolving the edible trace element calcium and the little amount of phosphorus additive by using water, then uniformly spraying the solution on the rice, and mechanically stirring and fully drying the rice. The rice produced by the method can supplement human trace mineral elements such as calcium, phosphorus and the like after being eaten.
