Abstract

The invention discloses a polyolefin semiconductive composite for organosilane crosslinked overhead cables with a rated voltage of less than or equal to 20KV, which comprises a base stock A and a superconductive parent stock B having pi bonds, wherein the weight ratio of the base stock A and the superconductive parent stock B is 100:(20-40). The base stock A comprises the following components in part by weight: 100 parts of polyolefin resin, 3 to 6 parts of first antioxygen, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of first lubricant, and 0.1 to 0.5 part of fatty acid salt. The superconductive parent stock B having pi bonds comprises the following component in part by weight: 100 parts of polyolefin resin, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of second antioxygen, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of second lubricant and 40 to 60 parts of superconductive carbon black having pi bonds. In the preparation process of the composite, the components are mixed uniformly. The composite has the advantage that the performance of products of the same purpose which need to be crosslinked can be achieved without a crosslinking process. The polyolefin semiconductive composite is particularly suitable to be used as a semiconductor shielding material for the organosilane crosslinked overhead cables with a rated voltage of 20KV or below.
