Abstract

The invention relates to a method for locally acquiring overall information of a wireless sensor network based on compressed sensing. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: projecting original data to a random observation matrix to obtain an observation value, thereby converting the data from high dimension to low dimension, namely data compression; using a means of transmitting the observation value of node data in the network by a simple gossip transmission protocol to replace the means of directly transmitting the original data in the traditional method; and when the transmission is finished, calculating the estimated value of the overall information by each node according to the received observation value by using a data reconfiguration algorithm in the compressed sensing, thereby locally acquiring the overall information. Compared with the method for directly transmitting the original data in the network, the communication number is greatly reduced, namely, the data of each node can be transmitted to other nodes by lower transmission frequency.
