Abstract

The purification process comprises the following steps: enabling the redundant coating fluid on a coating machine to flow back to a coating local tank to be converged with the coating fluid supplied by an allocation tank in the tank, and enabling the coating fluid in the tank to return into the tank after purification treatment by a horizontal spiral centrifuge connected with the coating local tank for circulating use. In the purification process, the coating local tank is used for supplying the coating fluid for the coating machine, not only the coating fluid supplied by the allocation tank is contained in the tank, but also the coating fluid which flows back from the coating machine is unceasingly collected, thereby enabling the part of the coating fluid to be used in a circulating manner. However, the coating fluid which flows back contains a large number of fine fibers, calcium carbonate and other substances, which are peeled off a film base, the long-term accumulation can enable the coating fluid to become viscous. The horizontal spiral centrifuge is externally arranged beside the coating local tank, thereby unceasingly treating the coating fluid in the local tank by the horizontal spiral centrifuge in the circulating manner, keeping the viscosity of the coating fluid in the tank balanced, upgrading the quality stability of a product and ensuring the smooth proceeding of the whole production process.
