The method provided by the invention creatively brings forwards two ways for prearranged stoppage of the distribution network, namely, component-based prearranged stoppage and feeder-based prearranged stoppage; and meanwhile, the method respectively gives the definitions of the reliability indexes and the calculation methods, the reliability indexes of the distribution network which only considers fault stoppage can be calculated, and the reliability indexes of the complex distribution network which considers the impact of the prearranged stoppage can also be calculated, so the deficiencies in the existing fault mode and consequence analysis method, the blocking method and the like can be overcome, and besides, the model has good generality and is convenient for popularization and application.
