The invention further provides a technical method which comprises the following steps of: removing gills and internal organs from the fresh crucian carps, washing clean, air-drying, steaming the air-dried crucian carps, the white pepper, the one-clove garlic and the flower tea by the ratio at a temperature of 75-80DEG C for 20-30 minutes, taking out the steamed crucian carps, putting in a clay pot for baking and then grinding into powder for later use. The invention in which the organic food crucian carps are used as the main raw material has the advantages of rich resource, no toxic or side effect, simple processing method, easiness for operation and low cost, and meets the China traditional medicine theory that drugs and food are jointly used for treatment.
