Abstract

The invention provides a circulating fluidized bed boiler capable of burning rice husks. By using the circulating fluidized bed boiler provided by the invention, a separator can return materials smoothly. A boiler barrel is installed above a furnace; a superheater, an coal economizer, an air preheater and a boiler outlet flue are sequentially installed in the flow direction of the flue gas of thefurnace. The boiler provided by the invention is characterized in that the lateral part of the bottom of the furnace is externally connected with a double-helix feeder and a rice husk feeding pipe, wherein the double-helix feeder and the rice husk feeding pipe are communicated with a combustion chamber in the furnace, the rice husk inlet of the rice husk feeding pipe is provided with an air inletdevice which can blow toward the furnace, the lower part of the combustion chamber is provided with a slag tapping pipe, and the lower part of the combustion chamber is externally connected with an under-bed ignition device; the channel, connected with the superheater, of the furnace is provided with a wall enclosure tube; and the space, communicated with the wall enclosure tube, of the furnace is vertically provided with a circular aircooled high-temperature cyclone separator, the bottom of the circular aircooled high-temperature cyclone separator is communicated with a material returning channel, the material returning channel is communicated with the combustion chamber of the furnace, the saturated steam outlet pipe of the boiler barrel is connected with the upper pipeline inlet of thecircular aircooled high-temperature cyclone separator.
