When ports of the business cards are broken down, logic processing units of board cards generate interrupt signals and send the interrupt signals to a CPU (Central Processing Unit) for processing in order to guarantee the quick fault detection; and when the board cards of the business cards are broken down, board cards of an opposite terminal generate interrupt signals aiming at the broken board cards and send the interrupt signals to the CPU for processing in order to guarantee the response reception in a shorter time. The quick communication of the business cards is realized by the logic connection of hardware and the application of registers. Fault signals of the business cards are directly sent to the logic processing units; once switching conditions are satisfied, the logic processing units directly generate the interrupt signals and send the interrupt signals to the CPU; the business cards maintain a working state of each port in real time; and once the interrupt signals are received, the business cards judge sources of the interrupt signals to make real-time responses.
