Embodiment Construction

[0037] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0038] see Figure 4 , introduces the method of the present invention for HTTP-oriented TCP header compression in a 6LoWPAN network. The method stipulates that all HTTP-based communication processes in the 6LoWPAN network must perform compression and decompression operations on the TCP header to reduce the data link layer. chip and improve communication efficiency; the method includes the following steps:

[0039] In step 1, the application layer at the sending end hands over the HTTP protocol data to be transmitted to the transport layer.

[0040] Step 2: After the transport layer encapsulates the TCP header of the application layer data, a TCP message is formed and delivered to the network layer.

[0041] Step 3: After the network layer encapsulates the IP hea...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of compressing an HTTP (hyper text transport protocol) -oriented TCP (transmission control protocol) header compression method in a 6LoWAPN (IPv-over low-power wireless personal area network). The compression and decompression operations of the TCP header are performed in all the HTTP-based communication processes in the network for saving load space, transmitting data of application layers, reducing fragmentation of data link layers and increasing communication efficiency. The method comprises the following steps: an application layer, a transmission layer and a network layer of a transmitting end complete the corresponding operations respectively, and formed IP data is delivered to an adaptation layer; the adaptation layer firstly completes compression of an IP header and an IP expansion header and then compresses the TCP header in the way of a header compression structure of Encoding and In-Line to ensure the compatibility of the compression method and the convenience in operation implementation; and formed 6LoWAPN data is delivered to a data link layer and data link frames are sent a receiving end through the data link layer and a physical layer. The receiving end decompresses the received data according to the reverse processing of the process mentioned above, and then an application layer receives HTTP data transmitted from the transmitting end.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) header compression method for Hyper Text Transport Protocol (HTTP) in a 6LoWPAN network, belonging to the Internet of Things technology, especially the technical field of wireless sensor networks. Background technique [0002] As a new development direction of the information technology industry, WSN (Wireless sensor network) has broad application prospects in both military and civilian fields. In recent years, a branch of WSN, that is, LoWAPN (low-power wireless personal area network) has received extensive attention and has gradually become a hot spot in the industry. [0003] In November 2004, the Internet Engineering Task Force IETF established the IPv6-based wireless personal low-power local area network 6LoWAPN (IPv6over low-power wireless personal area network) working group, aiming to integrate the Internet Communication Protocol version 6 IPv6 (IP Version 6) Introduced into LoWAPN...
