All the raw materials of the matrix disclosed by the invention can be directly purchased or can be obtained by processing, thus cost is low; and when the matrix disclosed by the invention is utilized to culture a strawberry seedling, propagation coefficient is improved by nearly double as compared with the traditional mud land exposed earth direct sowing culture, root physiological indexes are not obviously changed, and the compound matrix meets the industrial seed culture requirement.
