The method comprises the following steps: (1) drying big bright chips in a dryer, melting the dried big bright chips in a screw extruder, and maintaining the melting temperature; (2) metering and spinning the melted big bright chips, applying oil to the melted big bright chips, windingand balancing the melted big bright chips by a spinning machine to prepare MOY (medium oriented yarn) semi-finished products; and (3) carrying out winding formation after subjecting the MOY semi-finished products to a zero roller, tapping, a first roller, heating by a first hot box, a cooling plate, twisting, a second roller, interlacing, a second hot box and a third roller, thus finally obtaining the flat metachromatic superbright DTY fibers.
