Abstract

A device for removing by-products of a film roll cutting system is applied for sucking and removing by-products generated when a film roll is cut by a laser cutter along the width direction. The laser cutter is capable of moving along the width direction. The device comprises a pumping component, an inhalation component and a reciprocating type component. The pumping component comprises a gap. The laser beams radiated from the laser head of the laser cutter pass through the gap. The pumping component is arranged on the width direction of a film roll so as to face the laser head and allows the film roll to be fixed. The inhalation component is equipped in a way to selectively move towards the gap of the pumping component or move away from the gap of the pumping component so as to inhale the by-products. The reciprocating component makes the inhalation component perform reciprocating motion.
