Embodiment 1

[0028] Embodiment 1 of the present invention: as figure 1 Shown, a mirror molding process of a trough solar collector, comprising the following steps:

[0029] Step 1: cast the reflector bracket with the upper part as a parabolic cylinder by integral casting of aluminum alloy or steel;

[0030] Step 2: Cut out a plane mirror according to the predetermined length and width, and paste at least 2 strong tapes on the back plating of the plane mirror along the direction of the parabolic cylinder bending;

[0031] Step 3: Then use a cutting device to evenly cut the plane mirror into strip reflectors with a width of 25 mm along the direction perpendicular to the strong tape; when cutting the plane mirror, the cutting thickness is the thickness of the plane mirror, and the strong tape cannot be cut. shaped mirrors are still glued together with strong adhesive tape;

[0032] Step 4: Paste the substrate plate with strong adhesive tape on the upper surface of the mirror bracket, so tha...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reflecting mirror of a trench type solar thermal collector and a forming process thereof. The forming process comprises the following steps: firstly, casting a reflecting mirror support of which the upper part is a parabolic cylinder; then, cutting out a plane mirror according to preset length and width; pasting at least two strong adhesive tapes onto the back part of the plane mirror along the bent direction of the parabolic cylinder; then, evenly cutting the plane mirror into strip reflecting mirrors in width of 25mm-45mm; then, pasting a substrate plate onto the upper surface of the reflecting mirror support by using the strong adhesive tapes; and finally, pasting the strip reflecting mirrors spliced together by the strong adhesive tapes onto the substrate plate to finally form a set of combined faces which are similar to the parabolic cylinder and are formed by multiple planes on the back faces of the strip reflecting mirrors. The invention has the advantages that the reflecting mirror of the trench type solar thermal collector has the simple forming process, low processing cost and good weather resistance, and is not easy to deform.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a reflection mirror of a heat collector, in particular to a reflection mirror of a trough solar heat collector and a molding process thereof. Background technique [0002] Solar energy is an inexhaustible renewable energy source. Today, as fossil fuels are decreasing year by year and the international energy situation is becoming increasingly severe, the development and utilization of solar energy is one of the important ways to realize the diversification of energy supply and ensure energy security. The trough solar collector uses a paraboloid to collect parallel solar light to heat the working fluid and generate medium-high temperature steam. Trough solar collectors generally include: heat collecting tubes, reflectors, support devices and tracking devices. Wherein the reflector is formed by a parabolic reflective material, the heat collecting tube is located on the focal line of the paraboloid, and the tracking device ensure...
