[0012] The invention provides an independent suspension for a single wide-tire drive axle, the main purpose of which is to reduce the unsuspended mass. Its main design structure includes main reducer assembly, vehicle frame, wheel hub bracket and suspension system; its characteristic is that the final reducer assembly is connected with the vehicle frame by means of four fulcrums, and the wheel hub bracket is connected by means of upper and lower parts of the suspension system, etc. The long parallel arms are connected to the final drive assembly. After the present invention is designed as an independent suspension, the non-integral drive axle is canceled, and the final reducer is fixed on the vehicle frame together with its housing, so that the non-suspended mass that originally bounced along with the wheels is greatly reduced.
