The ESP normally open valve comprises a coil, a guide sleeve, an armature core, an ejector rod, a valve body, a spring, a sealing ring, an oil filter, a base and a sealing ring, wherein the coil is sleeved on the guide sleeve, the guide sleeve and the valve body are welded together, the armature core is arranged in the guide sleeve, and an air gap is formed between the armature core and the valve body so that the armature core can move up and down in the guide sleeve; the ejector rod is arranged in the valve body, one end of the ejector rod is in contact with the armature core, and the other end of the ejector rod is a spherical surface and in contact with one end of the spring; the base is embedded into the valve body and jacks the other end of the spring, and the base is in interference fit with the valve body; and a pressure limiting valve in a normally open valve and the normally open valve are really integrated, so that the normally open valve can realize the pressure limiting function by specifically controlling the magnitude of the current without increasing a pressure limiting valve component.
