Embodiment Construction

[0038] In this embodiment, the detection of infrared weak and small targets flying under the background of long-distance complex sky is taken as an example, and the method is as follows:

[0039] A. Obtain the high-frequency information maps of each direction at different scales (frequency bands): first, use the non-subsampled Laplace pyramid transform (filtering processing) to decompose the original infrared image into one with the same size (size) as the original image High-frequency information map and a low-frequency information map, and then use non-subsampled Laplace pyramid transform (filtering processing) to decompose the obtained low-frequency information map into a high-frequency information map and a low-frequency information map, so that the low-frequency information obtained each time The information map is decomposed up to the set number of times (that is, the number of scales), and the high-frequency information map obtained by each decomposition is filtered by t...

Abstract

The invention belongs to an infrared dim-small target detection method based on shear wave conversion in the infrared image processing technology. The method comprises the following steps: processing an original infrared image by employing nonsubsampled Laplace pyramid conversion and a Shearlet filter in succession to obtain high frequency information graphs of various directions under different scales, inhibiting background and noise interference information, enhancing target information and extracting a dim-small target. According to the invention, the nonsubsampled Laplace pyramid conversion and a Shearlet filter are employed to process the original infrared image, through same scale and different scales fusion processing of the obtained the high frequency information graphs, the interference information is inhibited, the target information is enhanced, and the high frequency information graphs are subjected to segmentation to obtain a clear dim-small target graph; thereby the method has the characteristics of a short detection processing flow, small data processing amount, short processing time, capability of effectively raising performance of detecting the infrared dim-small target and obviously distinguishing a target and a complex background in the image, a good effect and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of infrared image processing, and relates to an infrared air-based and ground-based remote monitoring system, an infrared early warning system, an infrared target identification and tracking system, and the like. Applying the shearlet transform theory in multi-scale geometric transformation to the detection of small and small infrared targets, this method can be effectively applied to the detection of small and small targets in single-frame infrared images with low signal-to-noise ratio and severe background and noise interference. Background technique [0002] Infrared weak and small target detection is of great significance to space-based and ground-based remote monitoring systems, infrared early warning, and infrared target recognition and tracking systems. For a weak target, a small target means that the sensor is far away from the target, and the relative size is relatively small. The size of the target...
