Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses a land leveler and a forced lubricating system thereof. The forced lubricating system comprises a drive axle, a speed changing box, a first oil pump which is used for absorbing the lubrication oil in the drive axle into the speed changing box, and a second oil pump which is used for absorbing the lubrication oil in the speed changing box into the drive axle and carrying out forced lubrication on an axle gear and/or a bearing. In the forced lubricating system provided by the embodiment of the the invention, the drive axle and the speed changing box are connected through the two oil pumps to form a circulating lubricating system, so that a drive bevel pinion and the bearing in the drive axle and a speed changing box gear in the speed changing box have the function of forced lubrication; and by combining with the original oil-throwing self lubrication, the dual lubrication ensures that the drive and a driven bevel gears and the bearing and the gear changing box gear are lubricated more completely, thus the problem of early abandonment of the axle gear and the bearing due to poor lubrication is avoided. In addition, the circulating lubricating oil is also beneficial to ensuring that a housing of the drive axle and the gear changing box have better heat radiating effect.
