According tothe invention, tap water is introduced into the raw water tank; the raw water booster pump pumps water in the raw water tank into the raw water pretreating unit; the raw water pretreating unit delivers preliminarily treated water into the direct drinking water purifying and generating unit which is one or two selected from the group consisting of a two-stage reverse osmosis membrane unit and a nanofiltration membrane unit, wherein, the number of a smaller unit is greater than or equal to 2, and the smaller units are respectively provided with solenoid valves; water enters into the supplied direct drinking water disinfection and filtration unit through the solenoid valves and then is stored in the direct drinking water tank; the direct drinking water supply unit communicates with the direct drinking water tank and the multi-channel valve; the multi-channel valve communicates with a pipeline; the control unit controls all the processes mentioned above.
