In order to overcome the defects of the traditional toilet water, the invention develops a nonalcoholic emulsifiable paste preparation. The emulsion acts moderately on the skin and can not cause allergic reactions; and the effect is persistent (the emulsion has an effect lasting for 5 hours after being spread).
