The flat-panel display device comprises a backlight system and a display panel, wherein the backlight system comprises a light source, a dodging mechanism and a back frame; the back frame comprises at least two splicing members which are spliced to form the back frame; the back frame comprises a bracket which is fixedly arranged on the splicing members; the bracket comprises a bracket main body, a first overhanging part, a first supporting part and a first elastic turning part; the bracket main body is fixedly arranged on the splicing members; the first overhanging part extends from the bracket main body to the lateral direction of the bracket main body; the first supporting partis spaced from the bracket main body and extends from the first overhanging part to the lateral direction of the first overhanging part; the first elastic turning part is positioned between the firstsupporting part and the bracket main body and is turned from the first overhanging part to the lateral direction of the first overhanging part; and the first supporting part and the first elastic turning part are used for elastically clamping the first side edge of a circuit board.
