Abstract

An intermediate platform is additionally arranged between an installation platform and a substrate, the intermediate platform, the installation platform and the substrate are serially connected with each other through two voice coil motors and two supporting springs, radial displacement of the three platforms is restricted by three plain shafts. When an upper voice coil motor is started, negative stiffness can be provided between the installation platform and the intermediateplatform, the negative stiffness is serially connected with positive stiffness provided by a lower spring, so the overall stiffness of the structure can theoretically approach infinity so as to inhibit the direct interference. When a lower voice coil motor is started, a variable damping can be provided, so the substrate vibration can be well isolated when being transmitted to the intermediate platform, the low-frequency resonance caused by the flexibility of the lower spring can be weakened and even eliminated, and the influence of the substrate broadband vibration on high-precision equipmenton the installation platform can be greatly reduced.
