The reducing agent supply device comprises a reducing agent tank, a pump, a nozzle device and an energy storage device, wherein the pump is connected with the tank; the nozzle device is connected with the pump through a pressure pipeline; the energy storage device is connected between the pump and the nozzle device in the pressure pipeline; the energy storage device comprises a partition plate, an elastic member and a valve; through the partition plate, an internal accommodating cavity of a shell is isolated into an upstream side accommodating cavity and a downstream side accommodating cavity; the partition plate can integrally or locally move; the elastic member is used for pushing the partition plate towards the upstream side accommodating cavity; the valve is arranged in the partition plate and allows that a reducing agent in the upstream side accommodating cavity flows into the downstream side accommodating cavity; after the pump is started, the reducing agent is supplied into the upstream side accommodating cavity, the partition plate is forced to move towards the interior of the downstream side accommodating cavity against the pushing force of the elastic member, and the valve is opened to supply the reducing agent to the nozzle device; and after the pump is closed, the partition plate is pushed towards the upstream side accommodating cavity by the elastic member, so that the reducing agent in the pressure pipeline and the nozzle device is sucked into the downstream side accommodating cavity.
