oxygen deduction index (ODI)
algorithm lacks a unified standard for baseline definition and event boundaries, the accuracy and consistency of evaluation results are affected, and a traditional lowest blood
oxygen saturation (LSpO) index is prone to being interfered by artifacts. According to the method, an adaptive
wave crest baseline is combined with a four-node
time sequence constraint structure to detect an
oxygen reduction event, an ODI {deviation, duration} index is calculated, and the duration and the descending depth of the event are quantified; a quantile interval average value index is introduced to replace traditional LSpO so as to stably evaluate the severity of the
hypoxemia; by analyzing the difference value of the
heart rate variability indexes before and after sleep, the regulation degree of sleep on the
autonomic nervous system is quantified. The
system is cooperatively realized by the wearable device and the
data processing device, and is especially suitable for household and large-scale screening scenes. The key word in the figure 1 is sleep
