Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent auxiliary approval system. The system comprises an approval knowledge database, an operation step management unit, an initialization management unit and an approval process management unit. The approval knowledge database is used for storing knowledge points; each of the knowledge point includes approval attention information; and at least a portion of the knowledge points is associated with service data in a service system. The operation step management unit is used for establishing service approval operation steps; and a portion of the service approval operation steps include approval on knowledge points in a knowledge base. The initialization management unit is used for loading the service approval operation steps into the service system and obtaining service data from the service system according to the knowledge points in the operation steps. And the approval process management unit is used for realizing automatic flowing between all approval executors during the approval process; and each of the approval executor successively executes the service approval operation steps. In addition, the invention also provides a corresponded intelligent auxiliary approval method. According to the invention, operation steps are preset before the operation steps are loaded into a service system; and when the operation steps is loaded into the system, an approval flow is established according to the preset operation steps; therefore, flexibility of the service system is increased.
